Welcome to KarateDo, a premier karate school located in Singapore. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. General Terms

  • Our services are available to individuals aged 18 years and above. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Fees and Payments

  • All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are non-refundable.
  • Payment can be made through credit card or bank transfer.
  • Any additional charges such as bank fees or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Class Schedule and Cancellations

  • Classes are subject to availability and may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time.
  • If you are unable to attend a class, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a fee.
  • In the event of a class cancellation by KarateDo, we will offer a make-up class or a refund for the cancelled class.

4. Liability

  • KarateDo and its instructors are not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during or as a result of participating in our classes.
  • You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions or injuries before participating in our classes.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold KarateDo and its instructors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our services.
